Luméa Lights Return Policy

At Luméa Lights, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used candles

  • Items not in original condition or damaged due to customer handling

  • Sale or promotional items

🔁 How to Return:

  1. Contact us at info@lumealights.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
